INDIVIDUAL BOOKING
Full refund, less $75.00 cancellation fee to cover booking expense, will be granted if cancellation is received at least 30 days prior to scheduled arrival date (60 days for bookings during the Christmas/New Year holiday season). After the cancellation deadline payment is not refundable.

GROUP BOOKINGS
(4 or more houses)
Full refund, less $150.00 cancellation fee for cancellations 90 days or more prior to arrival; 50% refund, less $150 cancellation fee if 60–89 days; 59 days or less—no refund. Travel insurance is recommended.
