Learn the secrets of the Verana kitchen.

We offer a daily cooking class with our chef where you will get hands-on experience learning the artistry behind our Verana Cuisine and the cooking techniques used for preparing uniquely Mexican ingredients.

One class can also be spent with our bartender learning the how-to’s of some of our local beverages. Return home with one set of Verana recipe cards.

Cooking class and schedule is based on the chef’s daily menu. Most classes take place in the late afternoon.

Also offered per day for $50/person, subject to availability. Class size is 2 guests.
