Food at Verana combines authentic Mexican elements with fresh ideas
from our international chefs. Each night our kitchen prepares a three
course dinner. Dishes include Mole Negro do Puebla, Seafood Pozole,
Fish wrapped in Banana Leaf, Tuna Tartare, Tortilla Soup, Lemongrass
Brulee, Mango Sorbet and many other specialties.
We have immediate access to freshly caught fish and offer specialties
including Ceviche and our own Verana Sashimi made
from the silkiest fish you may ever taste.
